Before launching her real estate career, Wendi spent over two decades in the film industry as a Producer and Assistant Director. Her background in production sharpened her skills in project management, communication, and creative problem-solving—all of which she now uses to guide her clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and ease.

Taylor Penrod is a passionate and dedicated real estate agent with a lifelong enthusiasm for residential real estate, who turned a weekend hobby of exploring SoCal neighborhoods into a successful career. As a licensed California real estate agent, Taylor leverages years of research and exploration to help clients find their dream homes and investment properties. Also specializing in preparing homes to sell, Taylor ensures properties are market-ready to attract the best offers. Her extensive knowledge spans Hollywood, the Westside, San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Camarillo, Pleasant Valley and Oxnard Shores. 

Before joining the real estate industry, Taylor spent 24 years as a Food & Beverage Director and  Special Events Director in the film & television studio business, creating and managing events that ranged from intimate gatherings to multi-million-dollar events in the US and Europe. This previous career sharpened her skills in contract negotiation, budget management, schedule & timeline coordination, site layouts, trade & vendor coordination, and the ability to identify a location to create an impactful and beautiful event environment. These experiences translate seamlessly to real estate, emphasizing attention to detail, hard work, and reputation.

After joining Coldwell Banker, Taylor decided to combine her talents with Wendi Lampassi to create a dynamic team. Wendi, who was an Assistant Director and Producer, brings her own wealth of experience to the partnership.  Their shared backgrounds and successful careers in the film and television industry provide a unique blend of skills and experiences that benefit their clients.
